Yes getting a dmt is a great idea it's better than using sandpaper well it's about the same but lapping with the dmt is faster

Well I would suggest holding off on any stone for awhile but if u get either a norton 4k/8k stone I wouldn't recommend getting a dmt 325 lapping stone to smooth out the norton

A norton 4000/8000 grit stone is what I would say or u could invest on a barber hone. But u may not need one so quickly I'm sure there will be different opinions on the post but as my mentor says to...
