For some reason I read post #11 to orient the power wires according to the direction you wanted. Skimming is not the best technique for communication.... lol

It looks like the supplied blue & black wires determine direction and the power cord is set up the same regardless of direction?

It looks like there's some cord and maybe a piece of burlap in pics 1&3 from post #8...

You'll probably want to try to flush out any oil inside of the motor, who knows how long it has been...
