Ha, I wish I had a way to make bug eaten horn grow back. No, after sanding, grinding the toe back to a crack in the blade, and grinding the edge up to the deepest chips, I had about a 4/8 roundnose...

I have no idea why I decided this one should live on rather than go to the trash, but now I'm glad I did. I think I might give it away.
