I’m as confused about your dilemma as I am mine. It’s not the blade, or it would be a cut. The Head is smooth, so that’s out leaving only the guard. Somehow the guard on the slant is irritating...

So PMing with Speedster, I told him I was going to wait until tomorrow to shave, so he recommended that I lather up a bowl and try it on my arm. I did. Five minutes later. No problem....

That's possible, but if I was allergic, wouldn't I have broken out and turned red? It's odd - no question. I'm going to try it again tonight or tomorrow. I'm a little anxious about it.

That's interesting. In the ten or so years I've been wet shaving, I've never applied a soap and gotten a burn before. Never. That's interesting.
