Red deer, already had a couple of scoffs of back straps. Not to everyone's taste but to me it's better than any steak. Really lean too, so probably better for you.

Three deer my eldest son shot on Saturday. One young spiker which is the antlers you can see. Back steaks and venison sausages for daddy.. Yum yum.
