My other W&B has that same etching on the blade and I'm in the process of doing my first ever restore on it now.

i just stropped it a bit and it was shaving sharp(not as sharp as you would want but you could uncomfortably shave with it) I think ill go on ahead and clean it up and make some nice scales for it....

nothing special but acquired it today from an antique store for $5. I don't plan to restore it or use it of course, its about used up. Its just the most worn razor I have found and I think its cool...
