Well top blade is a typical 14 Zwilling Guillermo Hoppe, same blade as shown here by others in the past. Still waiting for its restauration.

But the following one hasn't been shown quite often...

Blade was simply too wide to fit in original scales. So some special made ebony wood scales were used from Werner Breidenbach. Here a comparison of the blade and another one in original scales.

This one is ground from an old Guillermo Hoppe blanket by master Werner Breidenbach. Measures exactly 8/8. Perfect extra full hollow thin ground.
