I'm back to cold water shaving every day and absolutely love it! It really helps wake me up after 5 hours of sleep and a full/hectic work week/year old son.

I would THINK that shaving with a cold razor, for me, would be better since I typically hone with cold tap water... If I were to go to hot tap water, would it not change the dynamics of the cutting...

I definitely get BETTER shaves with the cold water but when time allows I really enjoy the feeling of hot lather on my face!
