    I think I figured it out, Forum Actions>General Settings>My Subscriptions>Subscriptions> then check the ones you want to modify, then click>Selected Threads> click the choice that you want> click go....

    Unsubscribing?

    How would one go about unsubscribing from a thread? Is there a way not to subscribe automatically to a thread when posting there?
