Do you have a good way to cut acrylic if you have no power tools?

I have ordered black,blue,red and white for now.

I dabbled with making a set of scales with Fuchsia Acrylic perspex.

I read a member that said this could make some nice scales so i tried it.

Found a sheet on ebay and ordered it then went at...
