My phig scratches my suehiro. The suehiro is hard I agree, but in my case my phig anyway is harder. Close in size but the phig is much heavier. Maybe 7% larger but 50% heavier. 1105 grams vs 720 gms.

The op mentioned the 12k cnat. Thats one hard bugger to lap. Lap them all day with anything and whatever it is will not last 4 years. Synths yes, cnats? No way says me. LOL.

DMT will not hold up to vigorous lapping on very hard naturals. Use the 60 grit wet/dry for that. Synths should be no problem at all.
