Imo a bevel is a bevel. 1k 4k, 8k etc. We could set em on a cnat too. As was said reasonable use of a 1k stone shouldnt create issues.

Bevel setting with a 3k will make no difference imo. Whats so special about it that a smooth stone like a chosera 1k is too toothy? That video didn't pass the smell test to me. Excessive pressure?...
