just to let you know, no fresh nicks for a few days! the ones i have have not affected the stropping but i might try to tidy them up at some point with either a dab of glue or just trim them. thanks...

I mean, how is it possible to nick a strop? There's lots of advice here saying 'Buy a cheap strop first 'cos you're bound to nick it' but you're always moving the razor with the blade pointing away...
