I have seen one before on tradera.com and it was...
I have seen one before on tradera.com and it was described as a dryer by a collector and the guy in the store said so. So I cant be 100% sure

Im not sure. I just thought you used it with the top off until it was dry, then put your razor in its case or maybe just put the top on and leave the razor there. But its a good idea to have...
