why wouldnt it? its a laminate just like g10 and micarta, except instead of using fiberglass, canvas, paper, or linen it uses aramid and brass wire.

For those who don't yet know about this product. Its splendid! It could be described it as a cross between burlap and lightning strike carbonfiber.
