A little professional honing and you should be in for some great shaves.

The second razor is a good razor. It is made in an area known for good cutlery and I have never heard of anyone that made a poor quality razor with three pin scales. I don't know the brand either...

for something that looks like it should be either new or new old stock that heal looks pretty rough. Are you able to judge the overall fit and finish?

Is there a country of manufacturer? If it came from an area know for good cutlery and you are happy with the price grab it.
