I think the box is plenty big enough, some adjustment on spacing might work that out. It is very common on the older boxes for the outer razors to be very near or touching the sides.

I have never liked the inside of the TI boxes. They seem clunky and not very good use of space. The spacers take up more room than the razors. I do like the old style seven day sets where the ends...
