I drilled out the pin for the blade. I would guess it was pinned with a nail also.
I ended up pinning collaring and triple stacking the washers so it would stay.. ...

You would WIN dollars or donuts...

Picked this up a while ago.
Was going to rescale it but for some reason the scales grew on me.
They are BIG, BULKY and kinda Rustic looking.
Couldn't bring myself to change them:
