Problem solved. I kept my Scuttle free for another soap and the DR Harries has gone upside down into an old TOBS shaving cream bowl that I cleaned out.

So like a complete numpty I bought my first Soap, a refill puck of DR Harris assuming that it would fit in my new scuttle and nope the puck is to big.
Now my scuttle has water drain holes in to so...
