Here's the real kicker: I'm finding that although it is an exceptional shaver, I'm not caring much for the grind. Because of this, I am thinking of replacing it for something full hollow lol

The scales are kirinite. Curious that the material has such mixed reviews...I don't seem to have any issues with mine.
