Yes. He is very "bare bones", which is how the prices are so low.

One thing that I would highly recommend with these brushes is opting to have him drill the handle deeper for an extra $5. Otherwise, IMO, it's got too high of a loft and over-blooms. Very difficult...

The hair kinda falls out after a while. I haven't used mine in ages for that reason....plus the one I made with a TGN knot is better
