Well it has all arrived, but i have to wait for 2 1/2 weeks to use it 😯

I ended up buying the hario after speaking to the guy at the coffee place, they dont sell any kettles but he has one himself and says it works well so the advice was impartial.

Who knows about gooseneck kettles?

Used a coarser grind and a hotter flame today and the coffee was much better, i also turned the heat off sooner.

I go with the invert too. plunger in far enough to hide the rubber, 4 scoops or there abouts, fill with water to 1 and stir.
