I purchased the razor Jan 2018 from one of our members here on the forum. It came in from Thailand so not sure of age. It arrived with this deformity as well as closing off center and the consensus...

Yes, i watched the technical video on "shrinkage" and got a chuckle.
My poor attempt at humor was in suggesting it may be possible for the blade to lengthen.
As you suggest, I will send the pics...
