we get it from Blackwoods & our local welding suppliers in Australia

We use to use similar at work for cleaning stainless welds but now use an electropolisher, might have look in the stores for some paste and give it a try on a blade

Looking great Davo them large pins looks like it would be a real joy to peen,
What did you use for the patina? Gun glue of some thing different?
As I see you re did the patina after the spine work...
