No idea - when I did it I simply chuffed some baking soda in the drain, then poured some vinegar down and watched the fun...seemed to work fairly quickly...I'd guess a shot glass of the baking soda...

Actually, an old trick for clogging soap is baking soda and vinegar, it will clear something as easily disolvable as soap. Either that are any degreaser type thing will clear it right away....
