Have the head soaking in some solution now.

No doubt, I squeezed it a bit with the mic's.
Have a wick around the base of the crown holding some PB blaster around the threads.
That stuff works almost as good as mouse milk for seized...

The original boar looks quite unused, but aged and yellowed.
Gonna see if, once able to unscrew again, I can invigorate the boar in some H2O2.
If it comes up clean and fresh looking, I'd say keep...
