A very nice thuringian dual layered stone i got from an old tool lot...it shows a typical yellowgreen/blue combination layer...

I love finishing on those stones, very soft, smooth and silky...

Got one of those "Echter Thüringer Wasserabziehstein" this time no Escher & Co. Label...however another clouded beauty...i love this lines walking thru these stones...i put two of them together....

Do you use your one with oil ? Seems mine was used with oil before, both workng area seem to work still with water...the sides are water repellent....
