haha, yes I did! for some reason I don't see this thread on the list in the custom builts and restorations section anymore, any idea why?

heres the razor finished, had a hard time getting good pics.......

im itching to finish the restore but in the meantime im having a heck of a time trying to strop today! that little finger was more essential to the process than i realized, my whole technique...

I know right?! the bandaid wasn't my idea, my wife just knows how to make the boo boo feel better....distraction! and im taking it easy today so we are going on a date, boy if cutting my finger is...

oddly enough, the first thing I did was check to make sure the blade was ok! haha

and finally, the AFTER pic! my wife gave me wolverine so im feelin preeeeety tough (though im crying inside.....)

the process went south fairly quick..........

so I picked up this M L Brandt "Lewis Razor" (1911-1916) the other day and thought it was a good candidate for finishing the evening out. heres the before pics........so far so good.......
