You are right Razorfaust. Corian is only inside thin layer. Outside is resin dyed for white and red colour, moulded on steel mesh. It's made specially for this project.

He made first straight razor few months ago. Step by step, each new one is better than before one.

OK gentelmans :) I asked about wide of spine in those razor and equal 6,5mm. It's more tran .250". For "active" wide about 22,2mm (minus fillet of spine) gives cut edge angle close to 17deg.
