Don't know about the pre/post red line, but I have searched high and low and have not found Proraso white in cream form. The Proraso website does not indicate it is available in that form.

I absolutely LOVE the scent of the Proraso white. My favorite by a long shot. Couple that with the excellent performance and low price point, and the product is a total winner. Probably the shave...
