Also, not sure how to date the razors, I do know the VR crown dates between 1842 and 1901 best I remember off the top of my head, and they are stamped england so 1890-1901?

The envelope is pretty cool, Peter J. Michels, Inc. was a pretty big manufacturer and made a lot of razors and strops under the c-mon brand etc. From what I remember...$10 had to be a pretty good...
