Definitely not bone, and honestly doesn't look like plastic...has no grain to it and is pretty thin, I've got plenty of ivory scales....the specs etc are just dirt etc. Its solid colored.

Yeah figured $2 each wasn't bad even for busted blades, 3 of the blades just need cleaned up and are restorable
