Hehehe, great idea. Too bad it looks like they drill a hole in each sample, otherwise you could get to pair of scales from each plate. They don't have opaque colors though, just black and white.

Another great resource. The PVC sheet only comes in grey and white. They don't have opaque acrylic and the minimum order is $30 and line minimum $20.

That is a very nice place. You pay by the square inch, I guess, so you can order any number of 1x6" pieces and they cost the same as a larger one you would have to cut down.

That would be nice, but I've only found it in some marbled or swirly two tone offering. I may have to make do with a duller red in G10 if I can get it opaque.

As far as I can tell, that's all resin-wood...
As far as I can tell, that's all resin-wood hybrid and very nice but marbled in color. What I'm looking for is a bright solid red.
