I'm not great at swimming, I just use it as a warm up. 100 k, that's good stuff. I am fascinated by ultra running. I did a 50 k last year and I've set a goal to try a 100 MI in 2yrs.

I want to do a 50 MI this year also, I've done 50 k and really enjoy running even though I'm not that great at it.

Doing #3 this year, curious if anyone else on this forum does them also.
