I bet it polished out well. It only looked like the blade was tarnished some. Usually some polish will clean it up & there will be a lot of black crap on the rag but it should be shining very nicely....

I think I have one of those. That's a beauty....
I think I have one of those. That's a beauty. Very little hone wear on it or it's just the way it looks. That would be a good candidate for some Mother's, Maas or Flitz. It'll shine like a new one.

E.C. Simmons started out in Sheffield if i remember right. I have some Keen Kutter's & they are astonishing. I have one Keen Kutter that is mint & dressed in Ivory scales. I'll find it & post a pic.
