True. But, because I don't sanitize restored razors daily I really cannot justify mixing up a batch for single use. Aerosol Clippercide would be better for the casual hobbyist/honer IMO.

Another alternative is the use of ClipperCide...
Another alternative is the use of ClipperCide spray that I use on my barber clippers. It's basically Barbicide in a spray form. Works very well and is more controllable. I use it on any straights...
