Based on what I found -- it was just a Trademark...
Based on what I found -- it was just a Trademark that was used _ possibly in tribute to WW1 service. It looks like they used a number of Marks over the early years of the company.... sorry, could not...

RE: The Army Navy Razor
You can't see it ( due the the rust) but there is also the word "Army" under there. The Trademark is of a Rifle with bayonet and the anchor. That mark was used on their Army/Navy model, I believe...
