Agreed, I much prefer the security provided by a bevelled or rolled edge. I will say this, the bevels I put on my Arks are half the size or less of the ones I put on every other hone I have.

Putting a chamfer on the edge wasn't that bad. King of a chore on my 12" translucent, but the rest of them it only took minutes.
