Both are correct.
Satay is more traditional.
Sate is more modern.

I learnt about it in the Caribbean. Beef was the first I tried. Mmmmm good!
I see it online spelled Satay but I distinctly remember them spelling it Sate.
I wonder which is correct or if both...

Back in the day means when the kids were at home and we used to do turkey every year.
Now we usually go to the kids homes for Thanksgiving.
