I do 4 minutes a side, high heat. Typically comes out med - med/rare. Kinda just have the nack, you and I. We've both...

Doing steaks, (Ribeye or Porterhouse) on the barbie. I'll grill in a blizzard if I have to, wouldn't be the first time.
