Hope to make it one day. Almost got a Macallan in port cask instead of the oban. Would like to hear more about Laphroaig quarter, the 10 is a little to much but I love Lagavulin...

We have had a few drams together over the years and he is a great guy. :rock:

I bet I would like that one. I love peat but Laphroaig 10 has always been a little much for me.

No fireplace but have some Lagavulin and a yule log DVD w/o Nick. I have a dram of Laphroaig every now and then(even own property there lol). I like peat but that stuff is really peaty....

One of these days I will get a Port wood finished Whisky. But for now I will journey to Islay...

I love Port and I really liked the Balvanie Caribbean Cask.

No doubt I would love this since I am not big on Rum and liked the latter.

However my wife frowns as I near the $100 dollar mark,...
