Search:

If it is off center to correct that tap in the direction you want the blade to move to. If it's off to the left tap on the right. Tap is key, 1000 taps rather than 100 hits.

Sure doesn't look like brass. I'm not sure but if it's nickle that would be harder so then take more tapping. Just a guess on my part. Beautiful razor :)
