I dremel can be used if you have one but!!!! Touch it very lightly and wait a few seconds for cooling. Touch it again and wait. You don't want to see the steal go red. Other options would be safer....

I too had bought a razor on ebay and got a bent tip. I comlained and got a refund. He didnt want the razor back. I tried to bend it back in shape and the tip snapped off. Its now in the to-do box....
