Looks like a floppy soft badger brush. Not a bad place to start. Look into an Omega Boar brush next. Low cost and much more backbone. And after its broken-in it will get softer tips and build lather...

What type of Soaps are you using Slim? Coming from DE I'm guessing you have a couple soaps and brushes. What type of brush do you enjoy or have you had enough time to try different brushes?
