I've just ordered a strop the same as in the first post of this thread. Alastair was very helpful and a great guy to deal with.
Now the wait begins 3-4 weeks delivery :w this will be my second strop...

Westholme makes some lovely strops, I have one of his starter strops - my only strop to date...
