    Kitchen knife Shave Ready :p Ya but after a few days that edge was toast on the boards. I put the edge back down to 8k and it's much happier :p

    Personally I'd pick the one that fits my honing...

    Personally I'd pick the one that fits my honing style, all things being equil.
