I am fairly confident I would be able to sharpen these as I have sharpened 60 or so wedge blades and one gold dollar on 12-0.3 micron lapping film. Still I have these to practice with the new stones...

I did as Rezdog recommended and cleaned them up...
I did as Rezdog recommended and cleaned them up lightly. I hit them with the dremel tool to git rid of the surface rust (mostly at the pivot) I then polished them up with something called maas polish...
