Also, how useful is the soft scrub leather component? Is it for drying? I could possibly get the 30000 and then buy a fabric strop separately.

Thank you for the comments, I think I will go with the standard size, since I do not even use the whole strop on my normal 3 inch variety.

Seems like the 50000 is 6mm shorter but it appears to be thicker leather at least going by the AFrames Site description, perhaps, not.

The 60000 as said 6mm longer and perhaps the same thickness...
