BTW after taking the razor out of the box, and having given it a few laps on my strop I did the arm hair cutting test- and it passed with the beautiful "ting ting" sound! Does that count as shave...

Without going into further details let me tell you sending a SR though shipping is not an option here. I found one honing service in Thailand, will check them out in my next trip.
