Aren't wedges harder to hone since you have to take off so much more metal than a hollow ground razor?

I was looking at the Dovo Bismark, either 5/8 or 6/8. It just looks like a nice razor. The blade I have now came with a Col. Conk starter set that had the razor, strop and stone.

What is your favorite razor, brand, size, ... and why? looking to double my collection from one razor to two, or more, and would appreciate a little input into the different razors, sizes, etc. and...
